Police aided local residents in the outskirts of Los Angeles, in Chile’s Bio Bio Region, where flooding inundated homes. Footage released by Carabineros Region del Bio Bio shows officers checking in on local residents and delivering bags of coal. At least 400 homes in Bio Bio were affected by flooding, local media reported.
