One of Chile’s largest real estate investment funds is set to liquidate its holdings in coming months, the latest signal of the ripple effects of high interest rates around the world. Toesca SA recently announced the liquidation of its “Rentas Inmobiliarias” investment fund, which has $215 million in assets including shopping centers, warehouses, office buildings and senior residences located in various cities in Chile.
