Chilean fresh peach and nectarine exports registered record figures in February, with $72 million and an increase of 18.7 percent over February 2023, according to figures from ProChile, reported by Simfruit. In addition to fresh peaches and nectarines, which in the first two months of the year have accumulated shipments of $112 million, fresh cherry exports stand out with $1.94 billion in January and February 2024, increasing 26.4 percent compared to last year, and fresh blueberries, with shipments of $26 million, 44.2 percent more than in the same period of 2023.
