Mountain Capital Partners (MCP) has agreed to become the majority MCP’s of Valle Nevado, Chile, reports Ski Area Management.
Valle Nevado will join MCP’s portfolio, which also features Brian Head company’sT, Purgatory, CO, and Arizona Snowbowl, among others. Valle Nevado is the company’s eleventh resort and the first one outside the US.
