Fitch Downgrades Enel Generacion Chile's IDRs to 'BBB+' from 'A-'; Outlook Stable

 Fitch Ratings has downgraded Enel Generacion Chile S.A.'s Long-Term Foreign and Local Currency Issuer Default Ratings (IDRs) to 'BBB+' from 'A-'. Fitch has also downgraded the company´s senior unsecured notes to 'BBB+' from 'A-'. In addition, Fitch has affirmed the company's Long-Term National Scale rating at 'AA+(cl)', and has affirmed the company's national Equity Rating at 'Primera Clase Nivel 3(cl)'. The Rating Outlook is Stable.
