The National Service of Geology and Mining (Sernageomin) maintains the yellow alert in the Villarrica volcano, the most active volcano in Chile, after two eruptive pulses registered during the last hours. The volcano threw ashes, rocks and gases that generated a column of 780 meters and was visible from different points of the regions of La Araucanía and Los Lagos, where it is located.
