A Houston firefighter stolen at birth and given up for adoption in Chile is helping other unknowing adoptees find their biological families. Tyler Graf is the founder of Connecting Roots, which is an organization that aims to help the thousands of now adults who were taken from their families as babies and trafficked around the world under the power of Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet.
