Important statistics were released in the framework of the seminar on citizenship and road education held by UPLA and the Aemilia Foundation. In the presence of BeniamÃn Silva, Executive Vice President of the Emilia Foundation, the seminar “Citizen Education: In search of citizens committed and responsible for their behavior in public spaces” was held at the Universidad de Playa Ancha.
