If Latin America is not involved in a crisis, it is not Latin America: poverty, inequality, coups d'état, revolts, populist movements that seem to crawl out from under rocks, dubious election counts... The list is very long. However, if there is one thing that seems stable, very stable, in this region, it is everything that concerns its territorial integrity.
